With a voice like an angel, no one could sing like my Bill. When I first met him I asked him what his name was and he told me Bill on the Hill. I thought what and then he showed me he lived on a hill. He got his guitar and started singing to me and I feel in love with him. Bill loved singing and he was so good. Bill and I were married 27 years but I will always be married to him. Bill was drafted into the army in March 21,1969, to March 19th, 1971. He was in the 100 and first airborne in Vietnam. He not only loved to sing, he loved to race round track at Sayre speedway and loved to collect old cars. He has went to be with his Father, Mother and brother-in-law David Gibbs in heaven. He leaves behind his devoted wife Vicky, two sisters Faye and Eddie Powers, and Janice Gibbs and his mother-in-law Mary Ratliff. He also leaves behind many Nieces and nephews. .
