My darling Chris, you know how much I miss you and my heart is so empty with out, Your laugh your smile you hugs all meant so much to me and now all I have are memories of the great times we shared together, as a family when we went on vacation, you and Fliss would grab your bikes and ride of for the day wherever we were, life was good back then, so worries about letting you go and having fun together, not like today when you have to keep your kids close by and they cant go out on the street and play with their friends, how life has changed since you were a wee boy, I wish I had those times back again now. Would I change then, not a thing. I guess God has a plan for us all and he needed you for some other purpose, I hope you are with Fliss and the two of you are behaving.

Chris, I still can't believe you are not with me anymore, you were a tiny baby, that grew into a big strong man with a family of your own, you made me so proud of all the things you achieved in your short life, I miss you every single day, you stole my heart the day you were born and now I am lost with you, my heart is empty.

I hope you find peace wherever you are, I also hope you find Fliss, now she is gone, she did say she would see you on the other side, we just did not think it would be so soon, she has been gone for over a month now and you four months gone, it is hard to believe I could loose both my kids in three short months. Chris, how can I articulate what you meant to me and how I feel? You’ve taught me so much with our late night deep thought talks. Most of all you taught me what real love looks like, and feels like. You taught me how to accept love given as well. Which you knew I never had before. 
We made plans that we did not get to keep, but I will do my best to keep. You were also my best friend and shared your friends with me. Even though, I knew that was for your benefit, so you didn’t need to chose between me and them. It meant a lot to me anyway. 
I loved to see and hear you speak about your children. They lit you up and the love filled the room. You could tell, they were your world and everything to you. 
You were the most loving, kindest, gentle, protective, sarcastic, realist, and intelligent man. I will always be filled with love and gratitude.

Chris, you were an inspiration and a beautiful friend to our family!! I loved your laugh and smile!! You will be truly missed!! 

Chris, life was never meant to happen like this, you were the one who was supposed to be strong and be here for Fliss when I left you both, but now I have to be strong for both of us and it hurts so bad. 
I brought you into this world, all 3lbs 14ozs of you, a wee bundle of joy, you were such a happy baby and grew into being a fantastic adult, you loved life and did the things you enjoyed. I remember how excited you were to get your first guitar, you taught yourself how to play, it was a bit of a racket at first but you soon got the hang of it and I just loved to hear you play.  You grew up to be a Chef and a very good one I have to say. Grahame (dad to you) would have been very proud of the luncheon you prepared for me for his Memorial Day. 
Then you had two beautiful kids, who were your pride and joy. They loved and laughed with you; nothing was ever too much for your kids. The last time I saw you all together was in the park playing hide and seek with Hazel and her bossing you about as usual, boy you didn’t have a chance with her, she is just like Fliss at that age, fearless and brave and could get her dad to do anything, she sure is a daddy’s girl. That evening I watched you play with Ollie, and that was some battle the two of you were having, and laughing at each other's antics, Ollie always wanted me to play with him online, but I could not quite get to grips with that controller thing, but I enjoyed watching the two of you battle it out. 
I miss talking to you on the phone and wish we had spent more together but Midland became too far for me to drive, it was great when I could just jump in the car and be in Round Rock for the day and drive home again. We took the kids to the park and had so much fun, I will miss those times together. 

Until we meet again Chris, you will always be in my heart and my thoughts every waking moment for the rest of my life

Dear Cousin Chris,
Although our cousins are spread across the globe, hearing the updates on how you were getting on, enjoying life, creating babies of your own was so lovely to hear. I am so sad your life was cut so tragically short. Your beautiful children will keep your legacy alive and you leave the people you loved with such precious memories. Rest in peace ❤️

My heart is broken without you here. I have so many memories of the time we spent together. Not nearly enough though. Your time here was short, but you made a huge impact. You may be physically gone but you’ll always be in my heart and never forgotten. 
Time will see us realign. RIP brother. 

I still can’t believe you’re gone. I keep picking up the phone to text you pictures of the kids or call you to tell you what they’ve been up to and the funniest thing they’ve said lately. We all miss you so much. Thank you for our two beautiful babies. You will live on in them and they will always know how much you love them.
