Gene was a four year Navy veteran serving during the Korean War. He attended SUNY Binghamton. During his 39 year career with IBM, he worked in Armonk, NY, Endicott, NY as a Financial Engineering Manager, Rochester MN and Austin TX in Planning. He also worked in Tokyo Japan on special assignment.
Gene loved the outdoors, doing yard work, cleaning the pool and feeding the birds. He enjoyed his mountain cabin, music, and singing and humming throughout the day.
Gene leaves behind his wife of 66 years, Dorothy. Son Michael and daughter in law, Marjorie. Daughter, Diane, dear friends and extended family who have been so supportive during this time. Our thanks to Brookdale Hospice for their comforting care and concern as he left us.
