

Gloria was born on July 16, 1941, in Georgetown, Texas, to Oren McCormick Aten and Ida Inez Bethel Aten. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Chuck Bridwell, as well as her parents.
She is survived by her daughter, Angela Gail Carswell Black; her grandchildren, Jacob Black and family, Nicholas Black and family, and Kayla Black; along with extended family members and loved ones who will continue to cherish her memory.
Gloria will be remembered for her creativity, warmth, and deep love for her family. She had a passion for painting and spent many joyful hours crafting handmade items such as bracelets, earrings, rings, and picture frames. Her creations, like her presence, brought beauty and meaning to those around her.
A graveside service will be held on Monday, May 4, at 11:00 a.m. at IOOF Cemetery, 1117 E Seventh Street, Georgetown, Texas.
Gloria’s memory will live on for those who knew and loved her as the extraordinary Christian soul who left a lasting mark on the hearts of those who knew her. She will be deeply missed and forever remembered. Fly high Globird.
