Greg was born in Cincinnati, Ohio to Paul and Mary Ann Witte on February 3, 1949. He and Patti married on July 6, 1985, and made their home in Texas.
Greg is survived by his spouse, Patti Witte, his daughter and son-in-law Amanda and Wayne Howard, sons David Chad Spitler (Amanda Perrie) and Ryan Spitler (Sarah). Sisters and brothers are Marcia Wendler of Cincinnati, Jeff Witte (Karen) of Nashville TN, Pam Squires (Tom) of Harrison, OH, and Mary Jo Philhower (Scott) of Cincinnati. Grandchildren Dylon Spitler, Lucas Spitler, Chad Spitler, Jr., Joey Westermann, Mia Westermann, Leslie Howard, Dexter Howard, Georgia Howard and Zoe Spitler.
A Celebration of Life will be held from 4:00 to 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday, February 21 at the Berry Creek Country Club in Georgetown, Texas.
