James Donald King

James D. King age 73 of Jarrell, Texas passed away at home on October 27, 2007. He was born on October 19, 1934 to Vernon and Vada Ferris King in Travis County, Texas. James was a member of the Jarrell United Methodist Church and helped establish the original Jarrell Lions Club as well as serving in various capacities in his church and community. Mr. King is survived by his wife Priscilla (Schneider) King of Jarrell; Son, Christopher King and his wife Andi of Hutto, Texas; Daughters, Elizabeth Fuller and her husband Jeff of Copperas Cove, Texas; Lillian King of San Saba, Texas; Roxanne King of Austin, Texas; and Lisa-Marie King of Jarrell, Texas. Three grandchildren, Ian Fuller, Emma Fuller and Andres King, along with a niece and nephew, also survive. James was preceded in death by his parents and a brother Vernon V. King, Jr. A visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 30, 2007 from 6 until 8 PM at The Gabriels Funeral Chapel in Georgetown, Texas. Rev. G Dean Coultas will officiate a service celebrating the life of James D. King at The Gabriels Funeral Chapel on Wednesday, October 31 at 10 AM. Memorials in honor of James D.
