Liza Marie Vega

She was born to Victor Ramon Vega, Jr. and Juanita Gonzales on October 11, 1976 in Georgetown, TX.

She is preceded in death by her father, Victor Ramon Vega, Jr., her brother, Ruben Dwight Vega, paternal grandparents, Victor Ramon Vega, Sr. and Rosa Availi, her maternal grandparents, Jose Santos Gonzales, Sr. and Nieves Rios, and her uncles, Genaro Gonzales and Jose Santos Gonzales, Jr. and niece, Annalisa Hailey Gonzales.

She attended Georgetown High School and was presently employed as an Optician at Pearle Vision.

She enjoyed gathering together with friends and spending time with family. And although she loved rooting for her Dallas Cowboys, she was most proud of being her grandson’s “Aya”.

She leaves her special memories to be cherished by her loving parents, Felipe and Juanita (Gonzales) Munoz of Round Rock, children: Dominique Danielle Vega (husband, Joshua) and Gabriel Amador Zamora, Jr., grandson: Angelo D’Wight Soria, brothers: Jon Anthony Olivares (wife, Belinda) and Christopher Aaron Olivares, Sr. (wife, Natalia), sisters: April Annette (Olivares) Estrada and Megan Ann Gonzales (husband, Edward), uncles: Angel Vega (wife, Carolina), Edwin Perez, Henry Acevedo (wife, Adela), Robert Gonzales (wife, Alison), Benjamin Franklin Gonzales (wife, Rosalinda), and Phillip Rios Gonzales, aunts: Rhona Vega, Mary Alice (Rios) Flores, Angela (Gonzales) Ochoa (husband, Ted) and Tressie Gonzales (husband, Adrian), and numerous loving cousins, nephews and nieces.

The family welcomes the public to join them in their final visitation with Liza on Saturday, June 7, 2025 from 4pm-8pm at The Gabriels Funeral Home – 393 N Interstate Hwy 35, Georgetown, TX, 78628
