Abel is survived by his wife, Yolanda S. Arenas; son Abel J. Arenas; son Thomas B. Arenas; and son Anthony L. Arenas.

A funeral service for Abel will be held Thursday, May 20, 2021 at 9:00 AM at Oakdale Mortuary, 1401 South Grand Ave, Glendora, California. Following the funeral service will be a graveside service at 10:00 AM at Oakdale Memorial Park, 1401 South Grand Ave, Glendora, California.
