Very sad to hear of Barron's passing. Even though I have not seen him in several years, I will always remember what a genuinely nice guy he was. I know he was good friends with the Musgrove family as well, so tell them all hello for me Barron. Rest in peace, friend...

Enjoying thanksgiving with our family! That was a fun night!

Preaching an amazing sermon! So thankful to have been there to hear it!

Barron was such a blessing to our family. We all loved him dearly. He was the kindest, most joyful person I’ve ever known! He loved the Lord and was an amazing brother in Christ! Gods love shone through Barron! Seeing him at church always made me smile. He and little Richard were buddies and Barron treated him so well.  Always thinking of him and occasionally bringing him a toy to enjoy! He and John even came to see Richard in the hospital when he was born! Such a thoughtful and loving man and my family and I are so blessed to have known him.

It was an honor and a privilege to live with Barron  for the last thirteen years of his beautiful and inspiring life. Living with Barron had a profound and positive influence upon my life.

Throughout our lives, we encounter many different people who are just like passing ships. Barron was definitely not a passing ship. Thankfully, his ship was anchored at my harbor.

I remember when I first met Barron at my dear pastor's home for a fourth of July celebration. During the evening, I could clearly see that Barron was different from many. He was kind and polite to others. The scripture in the Bible  was his guiding light through both good times and especially the bad times.

Through the many years spent together, it became obvious to me that Barron had tremendous faith in God. Barron's words, and much more significantly, his actions revealed that he just didn't talk the talk, but more importantly, he walked the talk.

Barron had such a special relationship with Jesus. He is the only one whom I have ever met who consistently went to two separate church services each and every Sunday. When he finally arrived home, he always immediately began to watch the replay of the last church service on television.

Afterwards, I used to consistently tell him that he is a true inspiration. He would quickly admonish me, by saying "No, I'm not." Now that you are in the presence of our precious, Lord and Savior, I have to disagree with you, my little brother. You were truly an inspiration and will definitely be missed by many.
