Bettie was born October 4, 1924, in San Dimas, California. She lived most of her life in San Dimas.
She was a longtime member of San Dimas United Methodist Church. In past year's, Bettie was also a member of the
Rebekah Lodge.
Bettie was sweet and kind to all who knew her. She loved birds and butterflies, and she loved the color blue.
In recent years she had many firsts, traveling to Disneyland in 2008, and to the Dodger Stadium in 2007, to see her favorite team play. She had much happiness in her last years.
Although Bettie did not have any family, her friends around her became her family, and she loved and appreciated all, and we loved her in return.
She brought us joy, and she will be dearly missed.
