Gabriel, I think about you often. The song your parents pick for you, is beautiful. I now know the words and sing it often. We all watch over your parents and your sister. I miss you, and love you. I first met Gabriel in the summer of 2019 where I, as a member of the Diamond Ranch HS band, was in charge of mentoring him on trombone. Through the summer heat of band camp, I always remember his laugh, his smile, and most importantly, his optimistic attitude. As many of you can also attest, Gabe was one who cared for all. To me, this trait of his shone through during the fall of 2021, where I, now as a new member of the coaching staff at Diamond Ranch, was feeling down on myself about a night rehearsal we just had. Gabe approached afterwards, told me I was doing great, that he appreciated my efforts, and gave me a hug. The world will be less of a happy place with him gone. Time will pass, faces and names may fade, but I will never forget how he made me feel.

Gabriel was always nice and protective of others, he was a great supporter in one of my relationships and gave me some great laughs throughout my highschool years. He was truly a great person.

Thanks Gabriel for all the great memories from elementary to middle and high school even though we didn’t go to the same high school we were still great friends. All the amazing late night gaming all the jokes, laughter,  and just the humor from Gabe was just unmatched so I want to thank Gabe for the incredible memories. And I send my heart to the Soto family.

My Mom, your Aunt Gracie, loved you so much Gabriel.  I know she was there to greet you with open arms.

Gabriel your kind heart and genuine spirit lights up everyone around you.  I’m blessed to say we hung out together and shared stories and laughter.  God bless Son  🌞

Gabriel, thank you for all the wonderful memories of you. Thank you for sharing your heart, with so many. I love the twinkle in your eye and the little smile, just before You gave me a hug. Your mom and dad share so much of you. Very proud parents. My memories of you still make me smile. And that's because, when you said I love you. I felt it, you meant it. I can't believe you're gone. My Gabriel, my big boy. When you came into this world it was love at first glance. Grandpa Jaime and I were truck shopping when we got the call to hurry to the hospital, your mommy was in labor. We bought the truck, no time for test driving. As you left your mother's body and I looked into your face I felt a love that only a grandma can feel. Gabriel, I will love you forever and forever you will be in my heart. The Lord called you and you answered his call. Rest in peace my love. I love you.

We met Gabriel at a young age. I worked with Marissa in 2003 & then shortly after Victor came to the house with Gabriel to install an AC unit. 
I remember Gabriel being very inquisitive, curious about a lot of things. If I remember correctly he was into bugs. He would tell me what he had learned. 
Later we hung out at a bbq here at the house & he was such a carrying big brother to Ariana. 
Marissa & I would catch up 1x a year , sad to say, but because we have been great friends we just catch up where we left off. 
I learned of the band at school he was in. Then just a few weeks ago we were talking about him going to college & learning culinary. 

I can't believe he's gone .......

Only the Lord knows why it was his time to go. But we are grateful for the gift of have known him. He taught us a lot about giving & carrying. His memory will live on forever. 

God hear our cry! Hold the family close. Let them focus on the good days  & not dwell on the could haves. For there is no way we know our hour. May they hold each other close & live day by day with their daughter close. 
You promise to be there with those who mourn. Let them feel your presence thru the family & friends  who are with them.

Your sadness at this time will be overcome by the cherished memories of how wonderful he is and the souls he now lives through. Love to the family and you Victor. My Deepest sympathies and condolences to you and your family.
