Kris and family,
Although I never meet your Mother, I can only imagine that she was a kind, caring and loving person. Her daughter Kris has these qualities. My condolences to each of you.

I will never forget the smell of Anna’s cooking every time I entered the house. The beans, every time she made beans you craved them. 
I loved being at the house it always felt good that there was always someone home. Anna always greeted you with that soft gentle smile , and Freddy Fender playing in the background.  Love and prayers Dianna (Homa) Lazaro. 

Four  fondest memories of our Aunt Ana for me are: 

1) how she prepared and cooked (in my opinion) the BEST Menudo! I even asked her a couple of times to cook some and she did. I remember her laughing anytime I praised her for making it and she would always say: “It’s adding the pig’s feet that makes it that good!”

2) those special memories of Uncle Bobby and Aunt Ana coming to visit our Mom. There were times we went out to eat at one of Mom’s favorite restaurants and how much the ever-present good conversation and laughter of Aunt Ana filled those times with joy.

3) Wonderful memories of Mom and I playing the card game Malia  (not sure of Spanish spelling) with Uncle Bobby and Aunt Ana on many  occasions. How Mom loved to just spend time with her brother and Aunt Ana, who was truly a beloved  sister to her.

4) Just in general, all those years and times in which Uncle Bobby and Aunt Ana were so dedicated, loving, supportive, and caring for both my Dad and my Mom in their later, declining years. 

Aunt Ana was a TRUE BLESSING in our lives and for that we are all eternally grateful.
