Bill and I have so many memories of our times together during Christmas celebration's. The many conversations about history and collectables. We miss you Jacob and are left with your essence. The light of your smile and joys of sharing love, family and stories. Until we meet again our memories together bring us comfort. You brought us many joys and you were a blessing to our family. Jacob usually sat next to or across from me during our regular weekly game nights. There was a period of time we didn’t see each-other in person for one reason or another, but without a doubt when we all met back up he would be in the same spot. Including the last time we met up only a few days before we lost him. Its hard to believe that he is gone, but I believe his seat will never truly be empty. May he rest in peace.

My memories with Jacob have been happy ones.  When I was younger, I was able to go camping, St. Luke's Fiestas and just spending time with the Garcia Family.  They always made me feel so welcome.  Even though it's been too long since seeing Jacob, those memories will be with me forever.  Rest in Peace Jacob.

My heart is heavy hearing about the passing of Jacob.  Oralia, Ben, Jacob and Luke are very special to us.  Brandon and I enjoyed our times spent with Jacob and the family.  There were the St. Luke's Fiestas, Concerts in the Park, the shared meals together, and many other precious times.  Jacob has gone too soon.  Our memories of Jacob will always be with us.

When I started at Disney, I wasn't excited for my work location. But when you started, your presence and kindness made the shifts bearable. Conversations about D&D, music and life...I'll never forget them. When I told my family, they said they'd miss your teddy bear hugs. I'm going to miss them too. I'm sorry I didn't reach out more. I hope you know how much I miss you. Frontierland isn't going to be the same without you, but I take comfort in the belief that you're not suffering anymore and God is taking care of you now ❤️

Jacob always knew how to make me laugh; he was a goofball and one of the most caring people I have ever met. He always put his best foot forward and was wise beyond his years. I can’t believe he is gone, we were robbed of a kind soul far too soon.  Jacob, I wish you and I could’ve talked more about movies and music. I feel like you are the person to nerd out over Elvis Costello or Steely Dan. I wish only the best for you and your family, they have one of the coolest angels watching over them

Going camping every month with Jacob and the family are the best memories I have of my childhood. Whether it involved hiking, fishing, legos or anything it was always a great time. I was not great at making friends when I was little but Jacob and Luke always made us feel like we were family. I will never forget how much you truly impacted my childhood. Our condonlences go out to the Garcia family and please let me know if we can help in any way.

I never got to say thank you for helping me grow up, you always made sure to include me in conversations and games when you came over to visit. I will never forget the nights you stayed over and it felt like having another brother, especially when you’d ask to borrow my TV for netflix and force me to watch La Bamba with you. That movie and song will forever hold a special place in my heart because of you and every time I hear or see it, I’ll know you’re with me. I’ll love and miss you forever.

The Vega family sends the deepest condolences to the Garcia family. I remember the amazing commitment from Jacob, Luke and Ben with the yearly St Luke Fiesta. They were always so helpful and would work night and day to make sure the fiesta would be an amazing event for our community.  I am very grateful that I got a chance to be part of the fiesta team with Jacob, Luke and Ben and those days were special to our family.
