Passed away on 6-3-2023 in Glendora, CA
She married Johnny Soto Torres in 1961 who proceeds her in death (11-2-2005). They were blessed with four children Monty, Juanita, Valerie and Zora. Together they blessed her with 14 Grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.
She was born to Ross and Betty Kelsey. She was the eldest of 5 children and survived by one Paul Kelsey.
She enjoyed playing bingo and attending the "After strokes" group at the La Fetra center and also
volunteered there as a nutrition volunteer.
She was loved and will be missed by many
