Simplicio was born in Mexico on January 14, 1931. A resident of Azusa passed away on May 15, 2012 at the age of 81. Simplicio better known as Patricio to his family and friends, enjoyed taking long walks and spending time with his family. He was always full of life and laughter. He loved his family immensely and left his legacy to grow. He is survived by his sons, Ramon, Javier and Jaime Vasquez; daughters, Maria Guzman and Martine Vasquez; 22 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

Mass: Friday, May 25, 2012 - 10:00 am Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, Monrovia, with interment to follow as Oakdale Memorial Park, 1401 S. Grand Ave., Glendora.
