Condolences to the family. My Tia Sofi will be missed greatly! She was very sweet and loving to me always, and I’ll appreciate the memories I have of her. I remember the times when I would stay at her place while my parents were at work, and she and my tio Tony would take care of me. There was one time when I was eating grapes she gave me but for some reason I was peeling the skin off the grapes before eating them. My Tia Sofi saw me doing this, grabbed the grapes, and immediately started peeling them for me so I could enjoy them. It was such a small kind gesture that makes me smile because I did not want to ask her to do it for me, but she somehow sensed it and did it anyway. It’s a small memory but it shows how kind she was. Rest In Peace, Tia Sofi. ❤️

Mami was a beautiful person loved by all. I was told by a hospice nurse she was a warrior and I know for me she was also a lioness. I was bullied in first grade and the 3rd grader was following us. My mom said to say hello. I told her she’s the bully! Oh man. Mami turned around and that kid ran away!😀 She loved and protected her family. She made sure you were fed. She took your pain to heart. We had many fun times and loved to hear us laugh together. Mami was a woman of strong faith. I know she is among her favorite saints and beloved family in heaven. Rest In Peace Mamita. We love & miss you. We will be reunited one day. ❤️🙏🏼 tu hija Maggie

So many fond memories of this beautiful woman I have the privilege to call “mom”.  Thank you for everything you showed me . I will forever be grateful to you.
