We miss you Rick. 

Rick's photographic memory was always on display if you watched enough.  Rick is one of the only guys that would memorize his bank bank card number/ info so he didn't have to actually have the card out, in order to pay for stuff.  He could just read it out loud straight from his brain.

If you were in the car with him and a song came on he played when he was a teenager(a long time ago) he would name and "air guitar" each chord as the song played.  

He remembered life's most important things.  Sometimes at the end of the day, as i was going home,  he would remind me to always hug my son the first thing I did when I got home.  

When i look back to the time I spent with Rick, I have to say i was so blessed to be around him.

Rick was great with people.  He would show up and instantly be involved.  It didn't matter what it was, Rick would find a way to help out and make sure everyone was taken care of.

On site inspection for a commercial building insurance application. 

I am truly sad to find Rick has passed on. I haven't talked to him in many years and wanted his advice concerning a health issue. I searched high and low online, and here I am.

We were once very close friends, and Rick attended our family functions, kids birthdays, some holidays, etc, and he once reroofed my father-in-law's garage because the old man needed it done.

I am Catholic, and my wife Catherine and I will faithfully pray for his soul. The soul of our Faithful Departed friend.
