We all grew up as one big extended family. Whit you were like one of our own. I can’t find words through the pain. We will always love you. Tim, Renee and Ash  we love you and will always be here for you. 💔

My heart is crying with the sad news of losing Whitney. I'm John, Whitney's former boss from Pizza N Stuff. 
 Whitney was a rare person at work. She was a friend to all who knew her. From the newest employee to the the oldest one, she had an amazing gift of connecting with each and every one of us. 
     Of all of my memories of Whitney however, one really stands out. That memory is the love that she had for her niece, Katsia.  If Whitney had spent anytime with her, she would excitingly tell us every detail of what they did together. It was as if no one else had ever been to an amusement park or the beach with a loved one. To Whitney, this was an extraordinary time spent with her very special niece, Katsia. She was most definitely one proud Auntie! What's better than that?

  I love you Whitney. The party in heaven just got a whole lot better!

Dear sweet Whitney,  your smile was never ending, your heart was pure. I remember my son Rick telling me about his best buddy Whit ! I'll never forget the fun we had in the desert, in the snow, shooting, laughing and the crazy off road drive. Heaven has the most beautiful Angel now! I think of you often when I look at the clouds and imagine you smiling down on all of us. We miss you Whit, until we meet again kiddo ❤ All our love and Condolences to the Family .........

I had the absolute honor of working alongside Whitney at Pizza N Stuff from 2014-2019. We always had the best laughs together and she always lit up a room with her amazing smile and personality. She became more than a coworker and was a good friend and was always one of the kindest and funniest people. I hadn’t seen Whit in a couple of years, so the news of her passing was devastating. She was an amazing person and a true joy to be around. I knew when I walked into work, and Whitney was there, that we were going to have a fun and laughter-filled night. Even when we would randomly run into each other outside of work, whether she was walking by the gym at my apartment complex, or at a grocery store, we would both drop whatever we were doing and talk for at least half an hour. She was so easy going and easy to talk too. She just had an amazing gift of making anyone, no matter who they were, where they came from, or what they believed in, feel accepted, important, and a part of the family. If there was one word to describe Whit, it would be, joy. 

I miss you Whit, and I love you friend, thank you for always being you and being the kindest and brightest person in the room, you are greatly missed.

Dear Tim and Renee,

I don't have words to express my sympathy for you and your entire family.  No parent should have to say good-bye to their child like this.  I cannot even imagine what you guys are going through at this time.    Your minds must be reeling right now with a rush of memories of good times with Whitney; the softball games and even just the fun times at Camp Volkov, aka, your backyard. 

And one thing I know for sure, no amount of time will ever make this easier.

Whitney was an amazing athlete, and I can’t remember seeing her without that gorgeous smile on her face. She and my daughter were the same age and both played softball. We share a friendship with her parents, Tim and  Renee.  Our heartfelt sympathy goes out to their entire family at such a sad and tragic time. May they find comfort in their memories,  until we all meet again. 

Whitney was a former high school and middle school classmate of mine. I also had the honor of playing on Lightning softball team with her at COYSB. She was kind, she was sweet, she was everybody’s friend. She made sure everyone felt welcome in class or at lunch or on the softball field. The world is surely a dimmer place without her bright spirit and caring personality. May she rest in peace. Condolences to her family and close friends.
