In addition to her parents, she is survived by two sisters: Katelynn and Ashlee Cook; a brother: Timothy Fann; grandparents: Lee and Bertha Fann, Linda Cook; aunts and uncle: Sandra Russell, Timothy Fann, and Jean Klein; several aunts, uncles, and cousins; great aunt and great uncle: Sandra and Benjamin Kovacs.
A graveside service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, October 9, 2010, at River Hill Cemetery.
Rev. Terry Franklin will officiate.
The family will receive friends 6-8 p.m. Friday at Kiser Rose Hill Funeral Home.
