He retired from T.I. Automotive.
Billy loved his wife, Pam, his dogs, UT Football, Nascar Racing, golf, and Greeneville High School sports.
He is survived by his wife, Pam Gaddis; a sister, Brenda Cobble and brother-in-law, Doug Cobble; special niece and nephew, Melissa Cobble of Knoxville and Matthew Cobble of Grand Rapids, Michigan.
He was preceded in death by his parents, John Bill and Mildred Gaddis; and a niece, Christin Shea Cobble.
A graveside service will be held on Thursday at 2:00 pm at GreeneLawn Memory Gardens. Rev. Jim Newton will officiate. Family and friends will meet at the cemetery.
Kiser-Rose Hill Funeral Home is charge of the arrangements.
