

He retired from Philips Consumer Electronics and farming.
Mr. Moncier was a member of Mt. Tabor United Methodist Church.
He served in the U.S. Air Force during the Korean Conflict.
He was preceded in death by his wife: Janet Rambo Moncier; his son: Robert Allen “Bob” Moncier; parents: Bob and Beulah Moncier; and his brothers: Lyle, Keith, and Jackie Moncier.
Survivors include his grandchildren: Allen Gordon Moncier and Jacey Dawn Moncier; daughter-in-law: Karla Moncier; sister: Linda Moncier; brother and sister-in-law: Gene and Doris Kelley; special niece: Catrina Moncier Johnson; nieces: Kathy Nichols, Kristy Moncier, Diane Stewart; nephews: Larry and Kiah Moncier and Doug and Gary Rambo; special friends: John and Cookie Crum; and a special caregiver: Tammy Kimery.
The family will receive friends from 4pm-7pm Saturday at Kiser-Rose Hill Funeral Home
A graveside service will be held 1:30pm Sunday, May 4, 2014, at Mt. Tabor Cemetery with Pastor Cindy Paxton officiating. Family and friends are asked to meet at 12:30pm Sunday at the funeral home to go in procession to the cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Jim Crum, Tim Smithson, Doug Rambo, Gary Rambo, Kiah Moncier, and Larry Moncier.
The family wishes to express their gratitude and thanks to the staff and nurses of Life Care Center of Greeneville, Aspen wing, and the 4th floor west wing nurses and staff at Laughlin Memorial Hospital.
