

She was a loving mother, grandmother, and great grandmother.
She attended People’s Tabernacle Church as long as her health permitted. She Worked at Hurd Lock for several years and retired from Huf. She was loved by all who knew her. She never saw a stranger and always put others’ needs before her own. She was known for her big heart, loving personality and her love for the Lord.
She is survived by her daughter, Rebecca Parker; her grandchildren: Makeyleigh and Jacob Stromski, Haleigh and Glen Robinette, Gabriella and Dominic Parker; great grandchildren, Waylan Kite and Elmer Robinette; nephews: Shawn and Cassie Nease and Andy Southerland; nieces: Teressa and Jackie McCrary, Camilla and Joel Elderkin, Lawanda and Bobby Darnell, and Tammy Norton; special sister-in-law, Mary Ball; special friend, Brandy Price; special cousins: Danny Ball, Marlene Humphreys and Linda Ricker.
She was preceded in death by her loving son, Mark Anthony Hinkle; her late husband, Kenneth Hinkle; mother and father, Edgar and Iretus Ball; brother, Lowell Ball; and sisters: Gail Chapman and Lavada Bolton.
The family will receive friends from 4:00-6:00 pm Friday, May 9, 2025, at People’s Tabernacle Church.
A graveside will be conducted at 10:00 am on Saturday at GreeneLawn Memory Gardens. Family and friends are asked to meet at the cemetery.
