

He was a widely known landscaper.
He never met a stranger and had many very special friends and neighbors. He will be sadly missed.
Survivors include his wife of 30 years: Bonnie Malone; a brother and sister-in-law: Kevin and Wendy Malone; brother-in-law: Glenn Carter; aunts and uncles: Glen and Brenda Malone, Don and Pauline Malone, Kenneth and Brenda Malone, Lyndel and Betty Smith, Kay and Charlotte Tweed, Jerry and Peggy Ball, Orbin and Martha Ball, Steve and Kathy Ball, and Maxine Bowers; niece and nephews: Dylan Malone, Haley Malone, Peyton Malone, Nicholas Carter; special little friend: Madison Graham; and a very special pet: Winnie Malone.
He was the son of the late Bobby and Mitzi Ball Malone and was preceded in death by a brother, Keith Malone; and his father-in-law and mother-in-law, Elmer and Helen Carter.
The funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, October 8, 2011, in the Kiser-Rose Hill Chapel with Rev. Richard Long officiating. Interment will follow at Cross Anchor Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Darren Jennings, E. J. Davis, John Darnell, Lance Dean, Zak McKinney, Terry Kilgore, and Gary Waddell.
Honorary pallbearers will be Dr. Carla Nichols and staff, and Brooks Malone and employees.
The family will receive friends 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Friday at Kiser-Rose Hill Funeral Home.
