He was retired from Johnson City Power Board.
Dan was an avid outdoorsman and hunter and was a 32nd Degree Mason.
Survivors include his wife of 53 years: Donna Kay Morris; a son: Danny (Cindy) Morris; daughter: Amanda (Robert) Bridges; grandchildren: Daniel Morris, Britton Bridges, and Mason Bridges;
sibling: Don (Janet) Morris; and several nieces and nephews.
He was the son of the late Lamon and Florence Morris.
Funeral services were private.
