She retired from Magnavox.
She attended Mt. Pleasant Cumberland Presbyterian Church in her earlier years, and later attended Greeneville Free Will Baptist Church.
Survivors include three nieces: Doris Simmons of Hampton, Virginia, Lynnette Fillers and spouse John and Diane Foulks of Greeneville; nephew: Thomas D. “Buck” Foulks of Greeneville; two great nieces; five great nephews; three great-great nieces; and two great-great nephews.
She was the daughter of the late Andrew Alexander and Margaret Dyer Malone and was preceded in death by two brothers: Woodrow Malone and Gerald Malone; and a sister: Cleo Foulks.
The family will receive friends 4-6 p.m. Wednesday at Kiser-Rose Hill Funeral Home.
The funeral service will be held at 1:00 p.m. Thursday, January 12, in the funeral home. chapel. Rev. Lynn Neas will officiate.
Interment will follow in Cross Anchor Cemetery.
Her friends will serve as pallbearers.
