

She married the love of her life Dale Dyke in 1953, and celebrated 50 years of marriage until his death in 2003.
She retired from BASF (formerly known as American Enka) as a supervisor in 1992, after 30 years of service.
She served in many community organizations over the years including United Methodist Women, Greeneville High School Band Boosters, and the Women of the Moose Chapter 1598.
Just weeks prior to her death, she was an active member of Trinity United Methodist Church. She attended regularly and participated in the Crusaders Sunday school class, United Methodist Women, First Place group on Monday evenings and the Echoes group.
Survivors include two daughters and a son-in-law: Amy and Tim Caulkins of Nashville, and Beth Dyke of Greeneville; grandchildren: Derek Ladd, Nikki Greene and Haley Caulkins; great grandchildren: Hope Greene, Faith Greene, Makayla Gilland and an adopted great granddaughter Kierra Greene; sisters and brothers-in-law: Alta Kelley of Mansfield, Ohio, Mary Snowden, Freddie Ann and Donnie Bowman of Greeneville, Liz and Ray Bryant of Jackson, Tennessee, Neppie Beach of Alabama, Kaye and Tommy Ellenburg of Mosheim, and Jo and Keith Roberts of Afton; sisters-in-law and brother-in-law: Annie Grimes and Jocy Dyke of Mosheim, Bea and Robert Busler of Chuckey, and Barbara Sue Dyke of Midway; several special nieces, nephews, and cousins; a special cousin she loved as a sister: Carolyn Hart of Columbus, Ohio; and many special friends.
She was preceded in death by her husband: Dale Dyke; a daughter, Dale Anne Ladd; and her parents, Everette and Katherine Hutton.
The family will receive friends from 1-3 and 6-8 p.m. Monday at Kiser Rose Hill Funeral Home.
The funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, April 19, 2016 at Kiser Rose Hill Chapel. The Rev. Stuart Albee and the Rev. Curtis Grissett will officiate.
Interment will follow in Mount Zion United Methodist Church Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Todd Ellenburg, Robbie Ramsey, Craig Fillers, Tim Ward, Lynn House, Stephen Hixson, Michael Ottinger, and Tim Hartman.
Honorary pallbearers will be the members of the Crusaders Sunday School Class at Trinity United Methodist Church, her Monday night First Place group, first Friday Echoes Group, Kent and Bettye Ann Bewley, Gary and Kathy Ross, Jo Tucker, Earnestine Harmon, Mary Lee Fields, Larry and Jackie Neas, and her neighborhood family of Woodside Drive.
