

She retired from the Foster Grandparent Program where she positively influenced many children and encouraged them to reach their goals and to never give up on their dreams. Mrs. Ball delighted many with her lovely flower gardens and shared the abundance of her garden with neighbors and friends.
She was a loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and was loved by everyone who knew her.
Mrs. Ball is survived by three daughters: Lavada Bolton and Charlotte Hinkle of Greeneville, and Gail Chapman of Mosheim; a daughter-in-law: Mary Ball of Greeneville; grandchildren and spouses: Lawanda and Bobby Darnell, Teresa and Jackie McCrary, Tammy and Ed Gillenardo, Andy Southerland, Shawn and Cassie Nease, Mark and Brandie Hinkle, all of Greeneville, Camilla and Mike Williams of Maryville, Rebecca and Mark Parker of North Carolina; ten great grandchildren; two great-great grandchildren of Florida; sister: Louise Hensley of Greeneville; and several nieces and nephews, who were the delight of her life.
She was preceded in death by her husband: Edgar Ball; a son: Herman Lowell Ball; her mother and father: Jimmy and Nora (Bible) Seaton; brothers and sisters-in-law: Troy and Willie Seaton, Lonnie and Winnie Seaton, Luke Seaton; and her sisters and brothers-in-law: Eddie and Demas Humphreys and Carrie and Roy Wills, all of Greeneville.
The family will receive friends 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Friday at Kiser-Rose Hill Funeral Home preceding the funeral service at 8:00 p.m. in the funeral home chapel. Rev. Stephen Aiken will officiate.
Interment will follow at 11:00 a.m. Saturday at GreeneLawn Memory Gardens. It is requested that family and friends meet at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home to go in procession to the committal service.
Her pallbearers will be Shawn Nease, Mark Hinkle, Chris Seaton, Matthew Seaton, Ben Seaton, and Jackie McCrary.
J.C. Seaton, J.C. Southerland, Andy Southerland, Ted Seaton, Danny Ball, and Bill Dyer will serve as honorary pallbearers.
