

Mr. Cutshall was a retired captain with the Greeneville Police Department and retired Lead Court Security Officer for AKAL Security Inc., and U. S. Marshall’s Service at the Federal Court House in Greeneville, Tennessee
He was a member of Afton United Methodist Church.
He was a veteran of the U. S. Air Force.
Survivors include his wife of 53 years: Helen Combs Cutshall; son and daughter-in-law: Jay Keith and Angela Cutshall of Chuckey; two grandsons: Jed R. Cutshall and Troy D. Cutshall; brother-in-law and wife: Bobby and Joyce Combs; and three sisters-in-law and husbands: Carolyn and Bobby Waites, Madge and Bill Brown, and Mable and Buddy Luttrell.
He was the son of the late Burch Cutshall and Nell Love.
The family will receive friends from 2pm-4pm and 6pm-8pm Monday at Kiser-Rose Hill Funeral Home.
Following visitation, the funeral service will be held at 8:00 pm Monday in the funeral home chapel with his son, Jay Keith Cutshall, delivering the eulogy.
Interment will be at 10:00 am Tuesday in GreeneLawn Memory Gardens. Family and friends are asked to meet at 9:15 am Tuesday at the funeral home to go in procession to the cemetery. A military graveside service will be conducted by the Greeneville-Greene County Honor Guard and the U. S. Air Force Honors Team. Rev. Rick Ballard will conduct graveside services also.
Honorary pallbearers are the past and present members of the Greeneville Police Department.
