He was a farmer and a member of Mt. Sinai Church.
He is survived by his mother: Lucille Isley Johnson of Greeneville; an aunt: Ruth Whitaker of Chuckey; an uncle: L.H. Lamons and his wife, Betty, of Mosheim; and several cousins.
Mr. Isley was preceded in death by his father, Brooks K. Isley, a sister, Gaynell Isley, and an infant brother.
The family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m. Friday at Kiser-Rose Hill Funeral Home.
The funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, April 2 at Mt. Sinai United Methodist Church with Rev. Buster Shelton and Rev. Vivian Reed officiating. Interment will follow in Mt. Sinai Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the funeral home to help defray funeral costs.
