

She attended Bale’s Chapel and Mt. Hebron church and was a member of North Greene FCE.
Kathleen is survived by two sons and the loves of her life, Buford Key Jr. and John (Nancy) Key; adopted daughters, Dixie Kelley and Pasty Wilson; four grandchildren, Sue, Patton, Tommie, and Donna; nine great-grandchildren, and nine great-great-grandchildren. Also surviving are two brothers, Willard (Beverley) Miser and J.R. (Joann) Miser; one sister, Doris (Hubert) Medcalf; a special niece, Wanda Foulks; numerous other nieces and nephews; special friends, Linda Key, Angelyn Carter, Anne Ross, Jan and Glennon Brown, Ray Wilson; club friends of the North Greene Chapter of FCE; and her singing friends and church friends.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Buford Key; daughter, Donna Sue Key; son, Donnie Gene Key. She is also preceded by her parents Dorothy and Arnley Miser; five sisters, Ada Jones, Betty Key, Louise Harris, Nell Ramsey, Doreta Seay; and one brother, Jessie Miser.
There will be no formal visitation.
A graveside service will be conducted in Hardin’s Chapel Cemetery on Tuesday, November 22, 2022 at 11am, and will be officiated by Rev. Dixie Kelley. Family and friends will be asked to meet at Kiser-Rose Hill Funeral home at 10am to go in procession to the cemetery.
Pallbearers will be family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Hardin’s Chapel Cemetery Fund in care of Norman Proffitt at 4455 Baileyton Rd. 37745 in Greeneville, Tennessee.
