Survivors include her mother: Evelyn Waddell; three brothers; two sisters; and a special friend: Jim Looney.
She was preceded in death by her father, Paul Hensley, and a brother, Donald Hensley.
A memorial service will be held at 12 noon Tuesday at Shelton Mission Church with Dr. Phil Fybrant and Rev. Charles Fillers officiating.
