

He was disabled and a member of Liberty Free Will Baptist Church. He was also a member of the National Horseshoe Pitching Association.
His family states, “He loved to pitch horseshoes and always cared for his family. He will be sadly missed by everyone.”
Paul is survived by his loving wife of 37 years: Adelene Foster; a daughter: Sonya Foster; two sons and one daughter-in-law: Shannon and Vicki Foster, Paul Allen Foster; two grandsons: Paul Allen Foster II and Dustin Foster; one step grandson: Aaron Tipton; his sister and brother-in-law: Betty and Connie Harmon; brother and sister-in-law: Ernie and Helen Foster; sisters-in-law: Sue Foster, Wanda Richards; brother-in-law: Dale Britton; a special nephew: Chris Harmon; nephews: Ricky Foster, Steve Harmon, Chad Harmon, Aric Smith, Jason Smith; and two nieces: Amy Hunt and Angie Kistner.
He was the son of the late Nathanial and Elnora Foster and was preceded in death by a brother, Doyle Foster.
The family will receive friends 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Friday and Saturday at Kiser Rose Hill Funeral Home.
The funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Sunday, November 21, 2010 at Liberty Free Will Baptist Church with Rev. Gary Norton and Rev. Kenneth Bowen officiating. Family and friends are asked to meet at 1:00 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home to go in procession to the church.
Interment will follow at Liberty Cemetery.
His pallbearers are Ricky Foster, Steve Harmon, Chad Harmon, Chris Harmon, Brian Hunt, and Brian Kistner.
His honorary pallbearers are Smoky Mountain Homehealth and Hospice staff, his special nurse, Wendy Barlow, Dr. Andy Roberts and staff, April Smith, Jason Smith, Dr. Mitchell Goldman and the entire transplant team at U. T. Medical Center.
