He worked at Miller Industries.
Survivors include his wife of 35 years: Laurie Evans; two sons and daughters-in-law: Eric Matthew and Jessica Evans and Phillip Andrew and Megan Evans; two granddaughters: Madilyn and Emeri Evans; brother: David Evans; sister and brother-in-law: Rita and Dwayne Broadway; two sisters-in-law: Jacque Lyons and Pam Waddell; brother-in-law: Jeff Keller; mother-in-law: Valdean Dobson; father-in-law and spouse: Jack and Barbara Keller; and several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Roy and Carol Evans.
The family will receive friends from 6pm-8pm Friday at Kiser-Rose Hill Funeral Home.
Following visitation, the funeral service will be held at 8:00 pm in the funeral home chapel with Rev. Doyle Pruitt officiating.
