He was employed at DTR for 12 years.
Ricky was of the Baptist faith.
Survivors include his wife of 15 years: Merrisa Dawn Malone; two daughters: Latasha Curtis of Morristown and Vanessa Hartsell of Greeneville; four sons: Travis Williams, Ricky Malone, J. B. Malone, and Zack Hartsell, all of Greeneville; fourteen grandchildren; two great grandchildren; a sister: Debbie Combs of Greeneville; a brother: Jeff Bishop of Kingsport; and several nieces and nephews.
He was the son of the late J. B. and Cora Malone and was preceded in death by a brother, Michael Malone.
The family will receive friends 4-8 pm Tuesday at Kiser-Rose Hill Funeral Home.
The funeral service will follow visitation at 8 pm in the Kiser-Rose Hill Chapel. Rev. Lee Pierce and Rev. Sam Tipton will officiate.
