He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, and great grandfather and a lifelong umpire. Robert was a retired Master Sgt. with the United State Air Force where he served as an Independent Duty Medical Technician. He was also a Master Mason.
Robert is survived by daughters: Lynnette Davis and Connie Hagen; sons: Robert E. Council, Jr. and wife Jackie and Stephen Council and wife Tauna; a step-son: Randy Tinkler; many grandchildren and great grandchildren and a great great grandson.
He was preceded in death by his wife Beverly A. Council in 1998 and wife Donna Council in 2020; his parents: Gordon and Annie Council; a brother: Gordon L. Council, Jr.
Services will be held at a later date at Bushnell National Cemetery in Florida.
