My condolences to Robert's family.  Robert and I worked  at Volusia County Health Department in New Smyrna Beach for many years.  Some of my fondest memories of Robert were his love of cats and especially the cats that made our Health Department they're home.  We missed him when he retired and moved to Tennessee.  Praying for Robert's family and loved ones.  

So sorry to hear of Roberts passing.  I would like to  offer my deepest condolences and prayers. I had the pleasure of working with him   at  Volusia County  Public Health Department years ago.  I had moved away in the early 90s and lost touch.  I will always hold  fond  memories of him.      May he Rest In Peace.
