Ronald Lynn Seaton

He was a 23 year employee of Dohler Jarvis and most recently employed by JD Metal and a farmer.

Mr. Seaton was of the Free Will Baptist tradition of faith.

Survivors include his wife of 34 years: Sandra Seaton; two sons and daughters-in-law: Robbie and Somer Seaton; Jesse Seaton and fiancée, Scarlett Pruitt all of Afton; cherished grandson: Memphis Seaton; sister: Denise Hensley of Russellville

brother and sister-in-law: Rickey and Wanda Seaton of Whitesburg; niece: Jodie Bergquist of Katy, TX; two nephews: Clay Boy Seaton of Whitesburg; Scott Hensley of Greeneville; several aunts, uncles and cousins; special family: Marvin “Blimp” Hampton and Mae Hampton.

He was the son of the late Dwight and Floella Whitson Seaton.

The funeral service will be held at 3:00 p.m. Monday, August 9, 2010, at Union Chapel Free Will Baptist Church. Rev. Lynn Neas and Rev. Jason McCoy will officiate. Interment will follow in the Union Chapel Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Robbie Seaton, Jesse Seaton, Joe Armstrong, Monte Kirkpatrick, Brett Knight, Scott Hensley, and Clay Boy Seaton. Honorary pallbeareres will be his friends at Shanks & Shanks Grocery.

The family will receive friends from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Sunday at Kiser-Rose Hill Funeral Home.
