

She was a homemaker, mother, grandmother and prayer warrior. She was a founding member of First Pentecostal Holiness Church and presently member of Bethesda Community Church. Her love for Jesus and others was evident in the love she gave to others.
She is survived by her son: Ronnie James of Greeneville; grandchildren: Rondon James and wife Rachel of Mt. Carmel; Ronette Carter and husband Bo of Church Hill, Ronea Murray and husband Randy of Kingsport, Robin Fritts and husband Josh of Surgoinsville; great grandchildren: Reagan James, Rhyann James, Alexis Berry and husband Harley, Ashley Carter and husband Alec, John David Burns, Gabe Burns, Ethan Murray, Dylan Murray, Landon Fritts, Belle Fritts, Jackson Fritts, Chloe Fritts; niece: Cindy Chapman and husband Gary; great nieces and great nephews: Glenea Lister and husband Joseph, Jordan Lister, Devyn Lister, Ashley Lowe and Husband Devin, Cora, Lucy, Jake and Ivy Lowe, Caitlin Chapman, Harper Rambo and Hayden Rambo.
She was the daughter of the late Perry and Leota Smith Wills, and was preceded in death by her husband John D. James; twin sister: Ruth Grubbs, Mitzi Inscore and an infant sister Lois Wills; a brother: Don Wills; and a daughter-in-law: Rhonda James.
The family will receive friends from 1-3 pm on Saturday preceding the funeral service. The funeral service will be held at 3:00 pm Saturday in the funeral home chapel with John Rondon James officiating with burial to follow at River Hill Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be John Rondon James, John David Burns, Gabe Burns, Landon Fritts, Jackson Fritts, Josh Fritts, and Chad Bellamy.
Honorary pallbearers will be: Michael Berlin, Bo Carter, Alec Carter, Harley Berry and David Burns.
