She was disabled.
Survivors include six nieces and their husbands: Debbie and Tommy Ducker, Pat and David Hensley, Sandy and Robert Holland, Hillary Payne, Leslie Payne, Lisa and Randy Ramsey; two nephews and wife: Tommy Payne Jr., James and Melissa Payne; special cousins: Jo Ruth Counts Hughes and Lois Suttles; and several great nieces, great nephews, and cousins.
She was the daughter of the late Ralph and Hetty Payne and was preceded in death by her brothers: Tom Payne and Samuel “Bud” Payne.
The family will receive friends 2-4 and 6-8 pm Thursday at Kiser-Rose Hill Funeral Home.
A funeral service will be conducted at 10am Friday, March 8, 2013, at Telford United Methodist Church with Rev. Larrie Pike officiating.
Interment will follow in Telford United Methodist Cemetery.
Her pallbearers will be friends and family.
