Thelma Wallin Tweed

She was a retired teacher in the Greeneville City School System and a member of First Church of God.

She is survived by two sons: Glenn Tweed and Lewis Tweed both of Greeneville; two grandsons: Chad Tweed and wife, Allison of Limestone; Clayton Tweed and wife, Laura of Windsor, VA; four great grandchildren: Ella Tweed, Wes Tweed, Lane Tweed and Aleah Tweed; one brother and sister-in-law: Jerry and Christa Wallin of Marshall, NC; two special friends and caregivers: Barbara Hope and Gilbert Tweed.

She was the daughter of the late Floyd and Ola Gentry Wallin and was preceded in death by her husband, Rufus Larry Tweed; two sisters: Dorthy Mae Wallin and Wilma Lee Wallin; and a brother, Kenneth Wallin.

The family will receive friends 1:00-2:00 pm on Thursday at Kiser-Rose Hill Funeral Home preceding the funeral at 2:00 pm in the funeral home chapel. Interment will follow at GreeneLawn Memory Gardens. Rev. Gerald Rudd will officiate.

Pallbearers will be Chad Tweed, Clayton Tweed, Lane Tweed, Trace Ray and Shawn Jaynes.
