Willie "Nell" Ramsey

She was the store manager for Greeneville Oil.

Mrs. Ramsey was of the Baptist faith.

She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and a friend to all. She attended Walters State Community College and got her degree in Criminal Justice. She fought a courageous battle with cancer.

Survivors include her husband: Charles Ramsey; son: Dale Foshie of Midway; five grandchildren: Terria and Grant Loftis, Nachea Foshie, Kalub Foshie, Jordan Fillers and wife Ashley, and Cody Fillers; five great grandchildren; step children: Sandy and Tim Hayes, Becky and Rick Dinkins; step grandchild: Sherry Dinkins; two brothers and a sister-in-law: Willard and Beverly Miser and J.R. Miser; and four sisters and two brothers-in-law: Kathleen Key, Louise and James Harris, Doreta Seay, and Doris and Hubert Metcalf.

She was the daughter of the late Dorothy and Arnley Miser and was preceded in death by a daughter: Annette Fillers; two sisters: Ada Jones and Betty Key; and one brother: Jessie Miser.

The family will receive friends from 2pm-4pm and 6pm-8pm Monday at Kiser-Rose Hill Funeral Home.

Following visitation, the funeral service will be held at 8pm Monday in the funeral home chapel with Rev. Hubert Metcalf and Rev. Rick Dinkins officiating.

Interment will be at 1pm Tuesday at New Bethel Cemetery. Family and friends are asked to meet at 12pm Tuesday at the funeral home to go in procession to the cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Danny Jones, Jeff Miser, Jason Miser, Dale Harris, Hank Gardner, and J.R. Miser.
