He was a welder and a member of Notre Dame Catholic Church.
Bill was an avid hockey fan and loved to play music.
Survivors include his wife of four years: Frances Willis of Chuckey; a son: William Joseph “BJ” Rumley of Ontario, Canada;
his parents: Orton and Ruth Rumley; two sisters: Eldene Rumley(Brian Shepard) and Mary Lou Reynolds(Al); one brother: Morris Rumley; several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
A Funeral Mass will be held at 11 am, Tuesday, January 7, 2014 at Notre Dame Catholic Church. Father Jim Harvey will officiate.
Interment will be at a later date in Ontario Canada.
