Beverley Rose Schuett

Beloved wife for 57 years of Will. Cherished mother of Paul and Kurt (Lisa), and adored grandmother of Alexis and Mikayla — the lights of her life.

Predeceased by her parents Elizabeth and Joseph, her siblings Ross Broeckel and Shirley Downes, and her in-laws Wilbert and Margaret. Bev will be deeply missed by her sisters-in-law Bonnie Broeckel, Mary Hebden, and Joan Schuett, and by many nieces and nephews across Guelph, Nova Scotia, British Columbia, and Washington State.

Bev’s warmth, kindness, and generous spirit touched everyone who knew her. She had a remarkable way of making people feel loved and valued, and her laughter and caring heart will be remembered always by family and friends alike.

Visitation will take place on Thursday, November 13th at 10:00 a.m., followed by a funeral service at 11:00 a.m. at Gilbert MacIntyre & Son, Hart Chapel, with a reception to follow. In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation in Bev’s memory. The family extends heartfelt thanks to the nurses and doctors at Guelph General Hospital’s Step Down Unit for their exceptional care and compassion.

Bev will forever be remembered as a deeply loved wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend — a beautiful soul whose love and light will continue to live on in all those who were lucky enough to know her.
