Eduard "Eddie" Petrachevsky

Beloved son of Loudmila and Alexei Petrachevsky, cherished brother of Elena (Angelo), loving partner of Hanna, and proud uncle to Denyka, Nicco, Tahlia, and Selena. Eduard's presence brought strength, laughter, and unwavering support to those closest to him.

Eduard dedicated his career as a transit mechanic with the City of Guelph, where his skill, work ethic, and camaraderie earned the respect of colleagues and friends alike.

A passionate motorcycle rider, Eduard found freedom on the open road and built many lasting friendships within the riding community. He also treasured the lifelong friendships he cultivated throughout his life, holding those bonds close to his heart.

Eduard also shared a special bond with his beloved dog, Braxton. Their companionship brought him immense happiness, and Braxton held a special place in his heart.

He will be remembered for his generous spirit, loyal friendship, and the countless lives he touched. Though his passing leaves an immeasurable void, his memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved him.

He will be deeply missed and forever remembered.

A drop-in Celebration of Life will be held at Gilbert MacIntyre & Son Hart Chapel, 1099 Gordon St., Guelph, ON, on June 24, 2026, from 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm.
