Born in Barryville, NB on January 16, 1938, to the late Peter and Demerise (Leblanc) Ramsay.
Predeceased by Marie (MacDonald) Ramsay and his son, Gregory. He is survived by his children Ken (Launa), Jason and Kimberley (Rob) as well as his grandchildren; Taylor (Tyler), Jordyn (Glenn), Kayle (Nicole) and Danica and great-grandson; Gibson.
Cecil was a proud Veteran. He served in Europe with the Canadian Military with the Canadian Guards Regiment.
A special heartfelt thank you to his Palliative Care team at Joseph Brant hospital, all the nurses and support staff for their continued support, and compassion over the past several years.
As per his wishes there will be no funeral services and cremation has taken place.
