Loving husband of 40 years to Lucy Kelly, whom he lost on August 18th this year. Beloved father of Laurie Kelly and the late Paul Kelly, and beloved step-father of Dawn Mount. Cherished grandfather to Mackenzie, Ethan and Alexandra. Dear brother of Gloria Schmidt (Pat Schmidt), Bernadette Kelly, Diane Cox (Dave Cox), and Colleen Kelly. Predeceased by his father Frank Kelly and mother Nell Kelly. Will be missed by his many nieces and nephews, along with all friends and extended family.
Pat was a friendly soul who most enjoyed spending time with family, especially keeping things lighthearted and playfully joking around. He was a fisherman at heart, and also was fond of woodworking and creating crafts with Lucy. He loved travelling when he could – around the region, as well as to Europe, and to visit at Dave & Diane’s place in Florida. Pat was steady and reliable, and spent a full 30 years in public service with Canada Post. When not keeping busy, Pat could be found relaxing with the game on.
