Jeffery Kenneth Armishaw

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Jeffery Kenneth Armishaw, beloved husband, father, son, brother, and uncle. Jeff passed away peacefully, with his family by his side, on August 6th after a hard-fought battle with cancer.

Jeff leaves behind his loving wife, Jacqueline; his children, Kylie (Jasen Cappadocia), Ryan (Katie Creamer); and his golden retriever, Bailey. He was the son of Rosemarie and the late Kenneth Armishaw (2004). He also leaves behind his sister, Rhonda McCann (Brendan), and many other cherished family members.

Jeff worked hard to provide a good life for his family. He did so with fairness and integrity, building many long-lasting friendships with his industry peers over the years.

He was an outgoing person who loved getting to know people and hearing their stories. He genuinely cared for others and was always willing to offer guidance or advice when needed.

Jeff loved being surrounded by family and friends — the more, the merrier. He especially enjoyed time at the cottage, with a house full of people and laughter. He also loved snowmobiling, boating, and travelling.

Visitation will be held at Gilbert MacIntyre & Son Funeral Home, Hart Chapel (1099 Gordon Street, Guelph) on August 10th from 2–4 p.m. and 7–9 p.m., and again on August 11th from 2–4 p.m. and 7–9 p.m.

The funeral will be held at the Basilica of Our Lady Immaculate (28 Norfolk Street, Guelph) on August 12th at 10:30 a.m.

In lieu of flowers, donations to Hospice Wellington or the Grand River Cancer Centre would be greatly appreciated.
