Predeceased by her beloved mother Marie, and father Cecil, as well as siblings Brian, Cecil, Frank, Kathy, and sister-in-love Earla. She leaves behind her loving daughter, Amy (Anthony), son, Jeffrey, and five grandchildren - Isaiah, Riley, Connor, Alyssa & Grace. Loving sister of Anne (Corky), Joe, Mary, and Terry (Amanda), and sister-in-love to Linda, Bruce, and Debbie. Marilyn goes before many nieces and few nephews who she would call on their birthdays or special dates every year without fail.
Blessed with the ‘gift of the gab’, Marilyn was affectionately called ‘Dutch’ or ‘Dutchie’ by some of those closest to her and the silence that comes with her passing is something that will be felt for a long time.
Arrangements are entrusted to Gilbert MacIntyre & Son, Dublin Chapel, and the family will have a service / celebration of life for Marilyn in the coming weeks.
As an expression of their deepest thanks, the family would love for donations to be made in Marilyn's memory to Hospice Wellington.
Words cannot properly express the profound gratitude felt towards the staff that provided an unmatched level of care for Marilyn and the family in her last four days of life. What an incredible blessing Hospice Wellington is.
Rest now, in peace… Until we meet again. ♡ ✞ ♡
