Natalina Consonni

Natalina now rejoins her husband Antonio (predeceased 2018) to whom she was married for 55 years. Loving mother to Mina (Frank Lucchese) and Tony Consonni (Betty). Cherished Nonna to Joshua (Jena), Matthew and Josie. Sister to Don Fusco. She will be dearly missed by many extended family and friends.

Born in San Marco dei Cavoti, Italy to Pelligrino and Diodora on August 15, 1934, she immigrated to Canada in 1959 and later married Antonio in 1963 and they together raised a beautiful family.

Natalina spent much of her time tending to her vegetable and floral gardens and enjoyed many summer holidays in Southampton, a tradition she continued after Antonio’s passing. Devoted to her grandchildren, she wrapped them in love and even in clothing she sewed or something she crocheted by hand. She spent most of her working life alongside her husband as a seamstress at the family business. Her hard-work, ethic and dedication are all qualities she has passed on to her family.

Friends and relatives are invited to visit Gilbert MacIntyre & Son Funeral Home – Hart Chapel (1099 Gordon St. Guelph) on Sunday, June 8 from 1-3 & 6-8 pm. The Funeral Mass will be held at St. John The Baptist Parish (45 Victoria Rd. N. Guelph) on Monday, June 9, 2025 at 10:00 am with a Committal Service to follow at Marymount Cemetery.
