Phan Thanh Truong, age 61, of Guelph, Ontario passed away on Monday, September 8, 2025.
A visitation for Phan will be held Monday, September 15, 2025, from 10:00-12:00pm and 5:00-7:00pm at Gilbert MacIntyre & Son Hart Chapel, 1099 Gordon St., Guelph. A funeral service will occur Tuesday, September 16, 2025, from 9:00-12:00 PM in the funeral home chapel. Cremation to follow.
